This 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLS450 is a full-size, three-row luxury SUV built for long days on the road with a full cabin. The owner wanted that cabin to stay cooler and more comfortable, and wanted the paint protected from day one so it stays easy to care for.

For this project, our team installed Window Tint and applied Ceramic Coating.

Based on how this GLS will be used and the owner’s goals, our team built a plan around cabin comfort and long-term ease of maintenance: XPEL XR tint on the glass, and a Level 3 ceramic coating on the paint.

Window Tint

XPEL XR window tint was installed on the front windows to match the factory-tinted rear glass, so the GLS450 has a consistent look from every angle. A 50% XPEL XR film was also installed on the windshield. Together they reduce heat and UV coming into the cabin, which keeps all three rows more comfortable and helps protect the interior from sun exposure over time. Each piece of film was cut and fitted to the glass for clean edges and a factory appearance.

Ceramic Coating: Level 3

The paint was decontaminated and prepared before our Level 3 ceramic coating was applied, so the coating bonds to a clean surface. The result is a hydrophobic layer that repels water, dirt and road grime, making washes faster and gentler on a vehicle this size. It also adds UV resistance and a deep, glossy finish that holds up to daily driving.
