We’re more than halfway through the year, and wow have we had a busy 2024! New products, new partners, new locations, new events, and plenty of new team members have all combined to make this our busiest year yet!
While a large part of 2024 has been focused on the future, we first must look to the past! ESOTERIC celebrates its 15th Anniversary this year! It was 15 years this month that Todd did the ‘Sales Job of the Century‘ and ESOTERIC was born…from a one-person shop in a garage, to a 50+ employee business now with two retail locations and multiple dealerships.
In April we announced that ESOTERIC is expanding with a new location in Cleveland Ohio! While construction & renovation moved forward on the new Cleveland Headquarters, we were already completing in-house detailing services at various high-line auto dealers in the CLE. We are proud to announce our second location is now open and providing our fine finishing services including paint correction, paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tinting and detailing.
Appropriately, our first retail service vehicle project was this white Ferrari 812 GTS!
Detailing Product Expansion
Our Pick, Pack & Ship operation/warehouse relocated across the street from our studio in New Albany to provide better and faster product distribution services.
Speaking of products, one of the hottest items this Summer has been our very own ESOTERIC line of detailing products. Born of the need to develop specific products for use in our in-house detailing operations, the 2 1/2 year development process, originally meant only for internal use, expanded to our Products division when we saw how well they worked…and how good they looked on a shelf! These products are getting rave reviews – check them out on esotericcarcare.com.
Detailing Training
The ESOTERIC Elite Detailer Academy Hands-On Training returned with multiple sessions in 2024 and with glowing reviews (“A detailers experience of a lifetime!”) it’s sure to be a continued hit as more sessions are added. The upcoming August session is completely booked so stay tuned for more opportunities to learn from Todd! Although we try to keep him humble, the consistent barrage of accolades such as “Todd is an amazing instructor” threatens to increase his hat size!
Automotive Events
Events are a big part of connecting with customers at ESOTERIC. A one-week delay due to weather didn’t dampen the spirit for the first 2024 Columbus Cars & Coffee event held at our studio on May 18, 2024. Sunny skies brought out a considerable crowd and some awesome cars! One of our favorite (and most expansive) events is ‘THE EVENT’ and 2024 was the 4th iteration of this incredible showcase of cars from the Triple F Collection. Held at the Ohio State Fairgrounds, early morning rain did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of the crowds as they got up close and personal with hypercars from around the globe!
